Machine Learning Engineer

Sidhant Bendre a Machine Learning Engineer at FLX. He is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at the University of Rochester. Sid has previously interned as a Software Engineer at Microsoft, a Machine Learning Engineer at Zendesk, and a Backend Engineer at Slack. He is a GGV NextGen fellow, and was selected into their inaugural cohort (<3% accept. rate) that recognises top talent nationwide. He’s also a Z Fellow (<1% accept. rate) and was selected into their inaugural crypto-focused cohort as well as a Neo Scholar 2022. Sid is interested in industries around ML/AI, fintech, productivity tools, web3 and climate tech as well as venture capital; With regards to trading, Sid is curious about high-frequency arbitrage strategies. He’s also an IEEE published researcher in the Big Data + Climate space.
