Shrikant Adhikarla currently serves as Data Scientist for FLX. In this role, Shrikant adds his machine learning expertise, advanced statistical knowledge and data storytelling capabilities to a wide-range of Consortium projects.
Shrikant brings over 5 years of industry experience in analytics consulting. Prior to joining FLX, Shrikant has worked on wide spectrum of domains spanning retail, digital strategy and consumer analytics. In prior assignments, Shrikant worked on the development of customer identification models based on fuzzy set algorithms, experimental designs for digital campaign performance assessment, product cross-sell models, and up-sell models.
Shrikant’s research interests include Spatial econometrics, Bayesian hierarchical modeling, and psychometrics. In 2019, Shrikant earned a Master of Science in Data Science from the University of Rochester. He also holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Metallurgy and Material Science Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur, located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
