Program and Engineering Director

Matthew (Matt) Pellechia is the Program and Engineering Director for FLX AI.  In this role, Matt is responsible for orchestrating program execution for FLX AI. He also supports strategic development, fostering client relationships and converting problems into robust proposals and delivered solutions. Additionally, he manages our engineering staff, promoting a culture rooted in integrity, diversity, respect, and continuous capability development.  Over the past 27 years, Matt has built a diversity of experience across government and commercial sectors including image analysis, algorithm development, agile-based software deployment, and advanced systems solutions.

Matt holds a B.S. in Physics from SUNY College at Oswego, an M.S. in Electro-Optics from the University of Dayton.  He is a certified PMI® Project Management Professional (PMP), is published in the geospatial intelligence sector, and is a joint-patent owner in a Micro-Electro-Mechanical (MEMS) application.
