CEO

Karla George is the CEO for FLX.  Karla has over 17 years’ industry experience split between the Financial Services and Business Services Sectors, having worked for Guggenheim Partners, UBS Financial and Sutherland.  In her role, she provides streamlined process, structure and strategy oversight for the Company.   Karla earned her Bachelor’s degree from Siena College where she also participated in two division one sports; Cross Country and Lacrosse.  She later earned an Executive MBA from Simon School of Business at the University of Rochester.
